The organizers of the third International Real Estate Exhibition held at the Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel, Residence and Spa, have said that the expo has far exceeded their expectations.
There were a total of 17 exhibitors participating in the event, organized by the Kuwait-based Aana Group. The exhibition has been brought to Bahrain for the first time to coincide with the Formula One weekend.
The Director-Logistics and International Relations of Aana Group, Dr. Mohsen Dashti, said that the first two days was great, as several buyers turned up, with majority of them being from Saudi Arabia, and several other people from the region, who are Formula One Fans.
The property on the offer ranged from villas and other residential properties to commercial offerings and time share opportunities. Several companies are offering opportunities to cover the entire region of Turkey, Egypt, Syria, Cyprus and the UK market.
The reception have been excellent from people in Bahrain, and the Bahraini officials have an open door policy, which makes our job more easy in setting up this event, Dr, Mohsen said.
