Riffa Views development delivers 555 new villas
Leading golf residential development, Riffa Views, has announced delivery of 555 villas, which forms 72percent of its sales.
The Riffa Views development has completed a total of 670 villas. Following the implementation of revised villa construction programme, which began in December 2010, the homes have been delivered consistently to homeowners. Further, with the growth in rental market, the development is witnessing improved demand from residents every month, said Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee, Managing Director, Riffa Views.
Further, Riffa View development has bagged an award at this year’s Bloomberg Arabian International Property Awards, wherein, it has been declared as ‘Best Golf Residential Development’, which emphasizes the fact that the project is the lead in the regional and international levels.
With the major lifestyle elements having been completed already, work still continues at the development. The first community garden within the development, ‘Oasis Garden’, was completed early this year. Located in Park Estate, the second community garden will be ready during the coming weeks.
Further, the groundbreaking for the Retail Complex, located near the 'Oasis Estate', will be done in the coming months. The complex will include a supermarket, with a range of facilities and coffee shops that cater to needs of residents and communities nearby.
