CBRE Bahrain appointed leasing agent for new residential compound
The CBRE Bahrain has been appointed as the leasing agent for the brand new contemporary-style residential compound at Zallaq. The development, located in a prime locality along the coast and adjacent to the new Sofitel Hotel Complex, offers unique homes with exceptional amenities.
Due for completion by July 2012, the gated compound offer nearly 40 luxurious villas and townhouses, with four complementary designs. The Gardens also has one of the largest community pools and clubhouse complexes in the island, apart from a supermarket, and retail and services hub.
