CBRE Bahrain appointed leasing agent for new residential compound
The CBRE Bahrain has been appointed as the leasing agent for the brand new contemporary-style residential compound at Zallaq. The development, located in a prime locality along the coast and adjacent to the new Sofitel Hotel Complex, offers unique homes with exceptional amenities.
Due for completion by July 2012, the gated compound offer nearly 40 luxurious villas and townhouses, with four complementary designs. The Gardens also has one of the largest community pools and clubhouse complexes in the island, apart from a supermarket, and retail and services hub.
The CBREís residential operation Lead, Coryn Hellewell, mentioned that the standard of finish and presentation in all house types are excellent. They offer some of the best amenities ever seen in Bahrain. The leasing rates start at BD1100 per month, and it is for the new comers and established residents alike to consider this before deciding on their house.
The security standards here are the best, being in proximity to Sofitel Hotel and BIC, thereby making the compound an ideal place for companies, particularly those engaged in oil and gas sectors, as there are oil fields located close by, she pointed out.
The villas have five bedrooms, private courtyard pool, private terrace, double garage, enclosed garden, and maid and driverís room. They are semi-furnished to include window dressings and state-of-the-art appliances. The two types of town houses are spread across three levels, and offer double car port, and staff accommodation, with same quality specification as the villas.
