New York Fries
Founded by Jay Gould, New York Fries is a privately owned Canadian franchise, which later grew to be the popular Cultures chain. Currently there are more than 200 New York Fries stores located in major shopping malls across Canada, South Korea, UAE, Bahrain and New York.
New York Fries was started with a box of real fresh russet Burbank potatoes. They are hand cut, in the store throughout the day, leaving the potato skin on. The potatoes are cooked in non-hydrogenated trans-fat free sunflower oil, and served hot, fresh and crisp.
New York Fries are fresh cut, made from real potatoes and served in generous portions, hot and crisp, with adding any coatings, or preservatives.
